My journey started with a Finance role at an MNC. As an aspiring woman, I pursued my learning and was certified from the Institute of Cost and Works Accountant of India.
Before long, my professional path opened an interesting opportunity in the field of Human Resource, with that I earned a degree in MBA HR from ICFAI University and further deepened my passion for Coaching and Mentoring. I pursued and obtained PCC certifications from the International Coach Federation (ICF). Over the years, I have held strategic leadership positions in prestigious organizations, where I have developed and implemented HR strategies that drive engagement, compliance, and business success.
